While on trip to France batman  ( Bruce Wayne ) where he wants to start a batman incorporated, he comes know that the famous political leaders are being assassinated by a assassin with high levels skills but wind up committing suicide after the murder. As with death there target batman and 2nd batman (dick gray son) with there research they find out that assassin's next target a singer by the  name of leni urbana both batman try to stop the singer getting they stake out at night. But two batman come across a vigilante name Nightrunner they accuse him for the murder but the soon find out that he is not the killer but he was there to warn the singer about the murder. after he also join the batman's in there search. the eventually found that these murders are being committed by cult leader 

korrigan eventually they defeat korrigan. After that batman offers nightunner ( bilal asselah) the seat of the batman of the France and buys him a apartment and pent house with all the equipment needed to be batman and dick grey stays with bilal to train to become batman of France. but soon bilal gives in the propaganda against the batman of the France but batman talks him out and tells you have become symbol peace.
